The Collegiate Solo Master Class Competition is open to all flutists currently enrolled in a college or university. Each applicant may record any solo work or movement of a solo work of their choice, on either piccolo or flute. Applicants will be judged based on accuracy of rhythm, intonation, and technique and overall interpretation and musicianship. The winners will perform the work of their choice for the 2020 guest artist, Peter Verhoyen, in the Collegiate Solo Masterclass, on April 4, 2020.
